The short version of how Padeldar may be used, and what we do and do not promise.

What Padeldar is
Padeldar is a directory of padel clubs, courts, events and tournaments in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Bookings, registrations and payments for courts and events happen with the club or organiser, on their own terms, never with us.
Accuracy
We show prices, dates and availability as we last knew them and say when each was checked. Clubs and organisers change them without telling us. Confirm anything that matters with the venue before you travel or pay.
Accounts
An account is created the first time you sign in. Keep the email address you use for it reachable, since sign-in links go there. You may close your account at any time from your profile, and we delete it as described in the privacy notice.
Acceptable use
Do not overload or interfere with the site, submit false claims about a club, or use the request forms to send unsolicited messages. Content you submit through a claim, request or club listing must be yours to publish, and you allow us to show it on Padeldar.
Advertising bookings
Paid placements are governed by the rules published on the advertising page: every placement is labelled, we review each booking before it runs, and refunds follow the schedule stated there. Prices are in euro and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Liability
Padeldar is provided as is. We are not liable for a wasted trip, a missed registration or a price that changed, nor for the sites we link to. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may change these terms as the site grows. The date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
